The primary focus of this role is to support Marketing and Sales while developing our CRM. They build and maintain the CRM by managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insight and support for strategic sales and marketing decisions. They will also plan company events. The Marketing & CRM Specialist assists the Marketing Manager with other department responsibilities as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing of Morefield’s CRM segmentation, configuration, strategy, reporting, tracking and analytics, email automation, and dynamic content.
  • Manage the integrity of CRM data and understands the processes in the CRM by completing assigned training materials and certifications.
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of the CRM strategy for our growing company.
  • Develop CRM insights and intelligence to support and promote new initiatives
  • Support the organization in the implementation of the strategy and CRM best practices
  • Support and troubleshooting technical CRM issues with Sales or technical team
  • Assists the Marketing Manager as needed with tasks including but not limited to:
    • Managing Company-wide marketing activities including marketing communications, collateral, partnerships, events, and marketing projects per the Marketing Plan.
    • Maintaining and enhancing the company’s digital footprint
    • Coordinating the company’s philanthropic activities
    • Determining usage of vendor promotional funds
    • Creating effective marketing and communications pieces in accordance with the marketing plan
    • Procuring physical and digital marketing assets
    • Planning events and coordinating logistics, publicity and evaluation for events
  • Works closely with the Marketing Manager to align marketing involvement in quarterly marketing goals, operating group goals, and company goals.
  • Works closely with Sales Managers, Field Sales Reps, Account Managers and Design Desk to execute marketing initiatives and functions.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of the service and solution offerings of the company.
  • Participates in and attends sales meetings, forecast calls and sales training meetings.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience in business marketing preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of implementation and configuration of CRM and marketing systems such as HubSpot (preferred), Salesforce, Infusionsoft, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in developing and leveraging data to develop and expand business opportunities. Ability to see patterns and spot trends from data.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes with the ability to understand the big picture in order to make the right tradeoffs to support the overall business strategy.
  • Out of the box thinking, results-orientation with effective written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Organizational skills that help prioritize competing demands from marketing, sales, customers, and leadership.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly; self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs.
