Telephony Manager (TM) is more than a tool to make telephone changes. TM provides a platform for effective system management. Morefield Communications’ TM Course covers the Station Administration and System Management for version 3.

Over the two-day course, technical services staff will review TM structure, day-to-day maintenance, alarm and event procedures, and global management strategies. Morefield recommends that students have a solid working knowledge of Meridian 1/Communications Server 1000 features and basic provisioning conventions prior to taking this course.
