This program is intended for customers who possess basic computer/data entry skills and are familiar with end-user voice mailbox features. Competence with basic Communications Server 1000 (formerly known as Meridian One) provisioning is recommended. Trainees will learn to perform general system administration, mailbox administration, remote notification configuration, menu creation/modification, and security management practices.

Due to the customer site-specific nature of configuring desktop messaging, the client and network portions of those task are not covered in the class. The mailbox user configuration parameters will be reviewed.

Classes are limited to 8 participants and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost for the two-day course is $1,325. (Each section is part of the same class. The class is two days inclusive.)
