This program is intended for customers who possess basic computer/data entry skills and are familiar with end-user telephone features. Trainees will learn to perform their own first echelon maintenance, software changes, basic troubleshooting, interpreting data, and maintaining on-site records.

Classes are limited to 8 participants and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost for the three-day course is $1,825. (Each session is part of the same class. The class is three days inclusive.)
