Nortel Automatic Call Distribution
The Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Software and Management Training takes a holistic approach to call center management. The course is intended for call center managers, telephone support staff, and/or managers who wish to gain more knowledge of the system and its capabilities. Administrators of Contact Center (formerly known as Symposium - view explanation) will find this to be the first building block in complete understanding and management of a call center.

The CS1000 Basic Software & Maintenance Class is a recommended prerequisite but is not required. If you do not have basic CS1000 (previously known as Meridian One) skills, please note this on your registration form. You'll receive preparatory materials from Morefield.

Classes are limited to 8 participants and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost for the three-day course is $1,825. (Each session is part of the same class. The class is three days inclusive.)
