Learn to administer your Iwatsu Enterprise Communications Server (ECS) starting with the basics. Make name changes, speed call and class of service changes through an intuitive graphical user interface. Technical services staff will review basic programming and provide a FREE copy of the administration software. Also included is an overview of ECS software features and networking applications.

Students will learn to:

• Change names associated with telephone sets.
• Change call redirection targets and parameters.
• Change keys on telephones.
• Maintain system-wide speed call lists through the desktop.
• Modify system timers for hold recall, call park, etc.
• Adjust date and time settings.
• Manage classes of service related to telephone sets.
