Service Response Guarantee
Morefield is available 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week for most of the systems we offer. With a support agreement, if your system suffers a major fault, your call will be responded to within two hours*. Should we fail to respond within two hours, your account will be credited $500 towards moves, additions, or changes.
* Response times apply only to Business Day support agreement customers during business hours.
Manufacturer-offered Software Subscriptions
Technology makes significant advances every day; new functionality is added, new security threats are addressed, and patches are offered. With a Morefield support agreement, we can ensure that your technology investment is kept current and secure. Morefield administers the following manufacturer-offer programs.
SMARTnet is a Cisco-provided hardware and software support that entitles you to software support and upgrades and hardware replacement within an agreed timeframe.
Nortel's Software Release Subscription offers access to future major and minor software releases.
