Program Your Auto-Attendant
Many of Morefield Communications customers use an automated attendant for incoming calls. These pre-recorded menu options change depending on the time of day or week. It is important to update these annually, so that the appropriate greeting plays when your organization is operating under special hours i.e. Thanksgiving is on the 22nd of November this year, but on the 27th in 2008.
Morefield offers three ways to update your holiday schedule:
- Attend a 30 minute online training session that will teach you how to maintain your own holiday schedule for CallPilot, ESNA TOL EE/2000, or Meridian Mail systems. Please use the links below to register. An email will be sent confirming registration and will include instructions on how to join the online training session. Each session is limited to six people.
Each session runs for 30 minutes and costs fifty dollars to attend. There is no charge for Warranty and Support Agreement customers to attend.

- We can make the change for you. However, there is a charge involved. If you are a current warranty or Support Agreement customer (as of 1/1/08), a discounted rate applies. Please complete the online request form and we will send you the details.
