Program Your Auto-Attendant

Many of Morefield Communications customers use an automated attendant for incoming calls. These pre-recorded menu options change depending on the time of day or week.  It is important to update these annually, so that the appropriate greeting plays when your organization is operating under special hours i.e. Thanksgiving is on the 27th of November this year, but on the 26th in 2009.

 

Morefield offers three ways to update your holiday schedule:

1. Attend a 30 minute online training session that will teach you how to maintain your own holiday schedule for CallPilot and ESNA TOL EE/2000 systems. Please use the links below to register. An email will be sent confirming registration and will include instructions on how to join the online training session. Each session is limited to four people.

Each session runs for 30 minutes and costs fifty dollars to attend. There is no charge for Warranty and Support Agreement customers to attend.

3. We can make the change for you. However, there is a charge involved. If you are a current warranty or Support Agreement customer (as of 1/1/08), a discounted rate applies. Please complete the online request form and we will send you the details.

Finally, an important note to Symposium Users: Both your voicemail system and Symposium will need to be updated with your 2009 holiday schedule. If assistance is needed, please complete the online request form and we will update your holiday schedule remotely.
