Brookwood Technologies Inc., headquartered in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, is a technology consulting company with one subsidiary, Immigration Support Services (ISS). Mr. Richwine is also President of ISS, a firm that provides resources for US companies who hire foreign-born technology professionals and who need assistance applying for work visas and “Green cards." ISS takes responsibility for completion of all Immigration and Naturalization Service forms and for guiding the company and the foreign-born employee through the immigration process. Mr. Richwine was formerly with Stoner Associates Inc., a leading international software and engineering company. He served as Stoner's President and CEO for 7 years. With more than 27 years of business and leadership experience, Mr. Richwine is sought as a regular speaker at conferences worldwide on the subjects of business growth and management, utility deregulation, Geographic Information Systems and computer simulation. He has served as a consultant to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on utility deregulation and has served as an expert witness in administrative hearings for the FERC. Native of Carlisle, Tom received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Military Academy, West Point in 1975. He also is a 1989 graduate of the Senior Executive Program, Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He and his wife Mary reside in Carlisle and have two grown sons.
